Terms of use

Last updated October 16, 2026

By using TrackJob you agree to these terms. They are short; please read them.

The service

TrackJob is a free tool for tracking your own job applications. It is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or stop. We aim to keep it running and your data safe, but you should not rely on it as your only record.

Your account and content

  • Use your own Google account and only connect a mailbox you are allowed to read.
  • What you put into TrackJob stays yours. You can download it or delete your account at any time in Settings.
  • Status changes and details read from emails are automatic and can be wrong; check anything important.

Fair use

  • Don't try to access other people's data, break the service, or overload it with automated requests.
  • Don't use TrackJob for anything unlawful.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Practice content

Coding problems on the Practice page come from Exercism problem-specifications under the MIT license.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TrackJob is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or lost data arising from using it.
